Beginning in 1965, Pat Smith started in food services and advanced to become the chef at a local Jr. College. After building a reputation for creating excellent cuisine and menu innovations, she became the exclusive caterer for some of the most well known clientele and venues in the Bay Area.
With an expertise in Event Coordination, Specialty Events & Private Catering, Pat Smith has owned two catering companies, Extravaganza Catering is her third.
